More than 600 students put on a huge display of their gymnastic skills at the Mooroopna Jets’ end-of-year performance recently.
In five sessions of up to 180 students on stage, the children put on a Christmas-themed performance for the hundreds of family members and friends watching on.
Mooroopna Jets centre manager Jacci Johnson said the performers ranged from the Mini Jets who are aged one to five years right through to the Squad program students who compete at a national level.
‘‘The children love watching the girls who can do the big impressive flips; it gives them something to aspire to as well,’’ she said.
Ms Johnson said it was a huge day for the centre with the event running from 9am to 5.30pm.
‘‘We had so much fun,’’ she said.
Operating in Mooroopna for the past nine years, Ms Johnson said the centre would mark its 10th birthday next year with a huge celebration.
