Plenty on this weekend

By Shepparton News

Shepparton’s inaugural Land of Plenty festival is expected to sell out on Saturday.

There are fewer than 100 tickets available for the 4000-capacity event to be held at Shepparton Showgrounds.

And with a line-up including Tones and I, Illy, Briggs, Ocean Alley and Alex the Astronaut, organisers predict it will be an event to remember.

That, however, is not all that is on in Shepparton this weekend.

Cultural diversity will also be celebrated as part of Culture Corner tomorrow morning, while Sing Australia Shepparton and the Pure Drop will sing among the gum trees that afternoon and into the night.

On Sunday be adventurous and enjoy orienteering or check out the Out in the Open Festival — Carnival Day in Queens Gardens.
